Extension Settings

Welcome to this quick guide on how to use the Viral Vue extension settings!

Accessing the Extension Settings:

  • First, click on the Viral Vue extension in your browser.
  • Next, select the Menu icon. This will take you directly to the extension's settings.

What You Can Do in Settings

  • Display Overlay Toggle: Enable or disable the extension overlay on Amazon pages to control when the Viral Vue interface appears while browsing.

  • Switch to Extension Light/Dark Mode: You can switch to Dark Mode or Light Mode right inside the settings for a more eye-friendly experience. Just click the sun/moon icon and the entire extension will switch themes instantly, no reload required.
  • Update Your Storefront URL: On the setting, you have the option to update your Storefront URL and verify that your Influencer account is correctly linked to your Viral Vue account. This ensures everything is synced and ready to go!

  • Customization Option: Personalize how the extension behaves to better fit your workflow. 

  • URL Vue: Access the URL Vue deep linking service directly from your settings. This directs you to urlvue.com. 

  • VA Mode: Set up VA (Virtual Assistant) mode.

  • Community Page: Quickly access the Viral Vue Community Page to connect with other members and stay updated through the official Facebook group.

  • Open Support: Need help or want to learn more? The Support option will take you to the Help Center. 
  • Terms and Conditions: Review the Terms and Conditions to see the rules for using Viral Vue, including account responsibilities, payment, data rights, and legal compliance.

  • Privacy Policy: View the Privacy Policy to understand how Viral Vue collects, uses, and protects your personal and customer data, while giving you control over your information.

  • Log Out: If you need to log out of the extension, simply use the Log Out button. This is a quick and easy way to disconnect when you're done using the extension.
  • Back to Shortcuts: At any time, you can use the X button to return to the main shortcut options. 
  • Extension Version: View the current version of your Viral Vue Extension at the bottom of the Settings page. This helps ensure you’re using the latest version with all the newest features and improvements.
With the Viral Vue extension, managing your Amazon Influencer account becomes much easier. Whether you need to update your settings or find support, it's all just a few clicks away. Happy influencing!

How do I update my extension if I have an outdated version?

Go to the Chrome Web Store and open the Viral Vue extension page: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/viral-vue-for-amazon-infl/pakblppeciifkjmkfleeeomhmfiikaej From there, click “Update” to install the latest version.

Can I switch back to Light Mode after enabling Dark Mode?

Yes! Just go back to Settings and click the moon icon, your changes take effect instantly.

Can I update my Influencer Storefront URL more than once?

Yes, you can change it anytime through the Settings. This is useful if your storefront link has changed or you’ve rebranded.
