⚠️ Help Center logins are separate from your main account
If you're trying to sign in with your web app credentials and it's not working, you're not alone! We use Zendesk to manage our support tickets and Help Center. This means the Help Center uses a different account system than the main platform. You need a separate Help Center account, or you can use Google or Facebook login
1. Create a Help Center account
If you’ve never signed in before, you can sign up here.
2. Use social login
You can sign in with Google or Facebook.
3. Forgot if you have an account?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to check.

Can I use the same email for the app and the Help Center?
Yes, but the systems are separate. You'll still need to create a Help Center account.
Why doesn’t the Help Center recognize my email?
You may not have registered your email for the Help Center yet.
Can I access the Help Center without an account?
Yes, for public articles. But to submit or track tickets, you need to sign in.
