If you're trying to sign in with your web app credentials and it's not working — you're not alone! We use Zendesk to manage our support tickets and Help Center. This means the Help Center uses a different account system than the main platform.

What does that mean?

• Your main app username and password won’t work here

• You need a separate Help Center account, or you can use Google or Facebook login

What are my options?

1. Create a Help Center account
   If you’ve never signed in before, you can sign up here.

2. Use social login
   You can sign in with Google or Facebook if those options are enabled.

3. Forgot if you have an account?
   Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to check.
