- Don’t worry if you don’t have an Amazon storefront yet! You can still sign up and explore Viral Vue.

Do I need an Amazon Influencer account to sign up?
Nope! You can sign up even if you don’t have your Amazon Storefront yet. You can always connect it later in your settings.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing after a few minutes, try signing up again or contact us through the chat widget.
Can I sign up using my phone?
Yes! Viral Vue is mobile-friendly. However, some features work best on computer, especially the browser extension.
What are the password requirements?
Password must be 10-32 characters long and contain at least one of each: upper & lower case letters, numbers, symbols.
Can I change the email I signed up with later?
Currently, email updates aren’t supported directly in the app. Our support team can update it for you, just provide your current email and the new one.
