1. Using Creator Studio
Your Creator Studio is only accessible to Viral Vue when you're logged into your Amazon account and have the Viral Vue Chrome extension running. While you're logged in, the extension is able to scan the page.
This scan doesn't happen constantly, it updates only when you're logged in and visiting the Creator Studio. If you haven’t opened that page in a while, some of the data inside Viral Vue may be outdated until the extension runs another scan.
Why Refreshing Matters
The data shown in Viral Vue isn’t pulled directly from Amazon in real time. Instead, it reflects the most recent successful scan. If you notice outdated placements (like a video showing in a carousel it no longer appears in), it likely means the system hasn’t refreshed recently.
To ensure you're seeing the latest updates, visit your Creator Studio and click "Refresh". This forces a new scan, helping Viral Vue reflect your current content status more accurately.
By following these steps, you'll ensure your storefront data is always accurate and up-to-date, helping you better manage your content and maximize your earnings.

Only if the extension re-scans that video. If you’ve made recent edits to a video, refresh the page where that video appears to sync the latest version.
Can I disable scanning temporarily without uninstalling the extension?
Yes. You can disable the Viral Vue extension in your Chrome settings if you don’t want it to update the data while browsing.
The Refresh button on my storefront is missing
