Managing your Viral Vue subscription is straightforward. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about viewing, updating, and cancelling your Viral Vue subscription.
1. Accessing Your Subscription Details
To manage your Viral Vue subscription, first log in to your Viral Vue Web App account:

Go to the Viral Vue Web App, enter your details and click Login. For added security, you’ll receive a verification code via email. Enter the code on the Two Step Verification pop up.
Navigate to your Account Profile, then click "Billing" where you can view your current subscription plan, billing cycle, and payment method.
2. Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
If you want to change your subscription plan to better suit your needs:
In the Billing section, click "Manage Subscription" under the plan you would like to update, then click "Update Subscription".
"Select" the desired plan from the available options.
Click "Continue", then "Confirm". Any pricing changes will be prorated based on your billing cycle.
3. Updating Payment Information
To update your billing details or payment method:
In the Billing section, click "Manage Subscription" under the plan you would like to update, scroll down then click "Update Information" or "Add Payment Method".
Enter your new payment method details.
Save the changes
4. Cancelling Your Viral Vue Subscription
If you decide to cancel your subscription:
In the Billing section, click "Manage Subscription" under the plan you would like to update, then click "Cancel Subscription".
Confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will be canceled, but is still available until the end of your billing cycle. Click "Cancel Subscription" or "GO back" if you change your mind.
5. Downloading Your Payment Receipts
If you need copies of your payment receipts:
In the Billing section, click "Manage Subscription". Scroll down to your Invoice History.
Click View More to load additional results, if needed. Click the payment you want to view, then select Download Receipt.

How can I check when my next billing date is?
Go to Account Profile → Billing→ Manage Subscription, where your next billing date will be displayed.
I would like to upgrade, but do I have to pay the full $79 if I just paid $39?
No, you won’t have to pay the full amount. When you upgrade, any difference in price will be prorated based on your current billing cycle, so you’ll only pay the adjusted amount. You’ll also be able to review the total before completing the payment.
