Have an Amazon Business Prime account? While the Order History Scanner doesn't support direct scanning of Business accounts, you can still analyze your past purchases using ASIN Findr in the Viral Vue Web App.
Plan Requirement: ASIN Findr is available on the Pro plan.
How to Analyze Your Amazon Business Orders
Follow these steps to download your Amazon Business order history and analyze your purchases using ASIN Findr.
Step 1: Download Your Amazon Business Order History
- Log in to your Amazon Business account.
- Navigate to Orders and click View Order Reports.
- Under Order Date, select a preset date range or choose Custom Date Range to include older purchases.
- To analyze your full purchase history, set the start date as far back as when you created your Amazon Business account.
- Click Submit to generate your report.
- Once the report is ready, download it from your report download history.
💡 Tip: Larger order histories may take longer to generate. If your report isn't immediately available, allow some time for Amazon to finish processing it.
Step 2: Copy Your Product ASINs
- Open the downloaded order report in Microsoft Excel or a compatible spreadsheet application.
- Locate the column labeled ASIN.
- Select and copy the ASINs for the products you want to analyze.
You don't need to search for each product individually. ASIN Findr allows you to look up up to 500 ASINs at once.
Step 3: Look Up Your Products Using ASIN Findr
- Log in to the Viral Vue Web App.
- Navigate to ASIN Findr.
- Paste the copied ASINs into the search field.
- Click Search + CC Check to retrieve product information and check for Creator Connections opportunities.
- Wait for your results to load.
Once the search is complete, you'll see the products ASIN Findr was able to retrieve, along with available performance data to help you evaluate potential review opportunities.
Step 4: Filter Your Results to Find the Best Opportunities
Use ASIN Findr's filtering options to narrow down products based on your preferred criteria:
- Monthly Sales: Focus on products with stronger sales activity.
- Influencer Competition: Identify products with fewer competing influencer videos.
- Creator Connections: Find products with available Creator Connections campaigns.
- Merchant Videos: Filter products based on whether a merchant video appears in the top carousel.
Adjust these filters based on your review strategy to identify products worth prioritizing.
Step 5: Save Your Products to Custom Collections (Optional)
Want to keep your Amazon Business products organized for future reference? Save them to Custom Collections in Viral Vault.
- Select the products you want to save from your ASIN Findr results.
- Choose the option to add them to a Custom Collection.
- Create a new collection or select an existing one.
- Save the selected products to your collection.
- If your results span multiple pages, repeat the process for any remaining products.
You can access your saved products anytime under Viral Vault → Custom Collections.
💡 Pro Tip: Create separate collections such as Review Next, Currently Reviewing, and Completed Reviews to organize your workflow and keep track of your progress.
