How Do I Reset My Password?

Resetting your password is quick and easy, just follow these steps:

1. Go to the Viral Vue Web App
Visit app.viralvue.com.

2. Click "Forgot Password"
Enter the email linked to your account.

3. Send Reset Link
Click “Send Reset Link”. Check your inbox (or spam folder).

4. Open the Email
Click the “Reset Password” link.

5. Enter New Password
Type and confirm your new password, then click Save.

6. Sign In
Log in with your new password.

Make sure you entered the email address linked to your Viral Vue account. Then, check your spam or junk folder. In your inbox search bar, type "Viral Vue Password Reset Request" and press enter to locate the email.
