Once you’re logged in, head to Profile icon to manage your personal and security information:
Account Information:
Update your Amazon storefront URL.
Link or Unlink your influencer account.
Security:
Change your password to keep your account safe.

Update your payment method.

What happens if my payment method fails during renewal?
The system will try to process the payment a few times. If it continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. To regain premium access, you’ll need to manually renew or upgrade your subscription.
Can I reactivate a previously unlinked influencer account?
Yes, you can reconnect it anytime through the Web App Account section or the Extension.
