How To Write A Bug Report?

Here’s a full breakdown of what information to provide when submitting a bug report.

1. Basic Details

• When did the issue occur?

• Where did it happen? (e.g., page URL or specific feature)

• If it’s an Extension bug, what’s the extension version?

2. Description

When describing a bug, keep it short and clear. Avoid saying "It's broken" or "It glitches," try to be specific about what's happening. This helps us understand the problem better and fix it faster.

3. Steps To Reproduce

Write easy step by step instructions on how to make the bug happen. Include any details you feel are important to make the bug occur. 

4. Actual Results

Let us know what's actually happening when the bug occurs. Describe the unexpected behavior you're seeing. 

How To Submit A Bug Report?

• Click the chat bubble 💬 in the bottom-right corner of the Help Center.

• Type "Create Ticket", then click the send icon, or click the "Create Support Ticket" button.

• You’ll be prompted to fill in the details and click Send, the more specific, the better!

Once we receive your report, we confirm and reproduce the bug, send it to our dev team for fixing, and let you know when it’s resolved or if we need more information. We appreciate every report to help make Viral Vue better for everyone.
