How to Use "Total Influencer Videos" on Viral Vue?
When you click on the number shown in the Total Influencer Videos data point, a pop-up will appear showing all the videos linked to that product. This allows you to see the full picture, including videos that Amazon isn't currently displaying.

Yes. Viral Vue marks these as “Neither” because they’re tied to the product but currently not in any carousel.
Will the total number of videos ever decrease?
Rarely. Amazon may remove videos if flagged, but usually, the count only increases as more influencers post content.
What does it mean when a product shows “0 Total Influencer Videos” but displays Top carousel: 1 = 1+0?
This means there is 1 brand/merchant video and 0 influencer videos. That’s actually a good thing, it usually means the top carousel has no influencer content and will often have a high chance of showing your video, unless the merchant blocks influencer videos for that listing.
Why does Viral Vue show 0 total influencer videos and 0 in the top and bottom carousels, even though I see videos in the bottom carousel on Amazon?
The videos you’re seeing are often customer review videos, not influencer videos. Viral Vue only counts influencer videos toward the top (TC) and bottom carousel (BC) data points.
I have the Starter plan, but I can’t see how many influencer videos are on my Amazon orders. Why?
The influencer video count data point is only available for Pro plan users.
