How can I quickly find a specific brand deal I’ve messaged?
Just copy the brand name from the tracker and search for it in the Creator Connection Messages tab using Command + F (or Ctrl + F on Windows).
What should I do if I create a deal manually?
If you create a deal manually (outside the automation tool), make sure to check the “Message Sent” box to track it like your automated deals.
How do I close or remove a deal I’m done with?
You can mark it as “Complete” once the project is finished. If the deal falls through or gets canceled, simply mark it "Deleted" and it will be moved to the Deleted Deals section, it won’t be lost and can be recovered later if needed.
What’s the purpose of the Deal ID?
The Deal ID is used for internal support. If you run into any issues, share the deal ID with our team to help us locate and resolve your concern faster.
Can I change the brand deal status in bulk?
Yes, you can. Just tick the checkboxes for the brand deals you want to update, then click "Bulk Actions" button and choose the status you want to apply
