If you're an Amazon influencer looking to increase your commissions, product research is key. Viral Vue’s Bucket Manager feature allows you to work smarter, save time, and land more brand deals, ultimately boosting your earnings. Bucket Manager centralizes product research, campaign data, and outreach automation, giving you more control and efficiency.
What is Bucket Manager?
Bucket Manager is a feature in the Viral Vue web app that helps influencers:
- Organize products for outreach
- Analyze campaign potential using key metrics
- Automate messaging to brands
- Work efficiently in bulk, freeing up time for content creation
With Bucket Manager, you can batch product research, select high-potential items, and send outreach messages in just a few clicks.
How Bucket Manager Works
Step 1: Add Products to Your Bucket
- Search for any keyword on Amazon, then open Product Vue.
- Use the Creator Connections filter to view products with active campaigns.
- Tick the checkbox under the Bucket column for any eligible product you want to add to your bucket.
- Alternatively, you can add products directly from Creator Connections instead of sending messages immediately.
Step 2: Analyze Products in Your Bucket
Once added, go to the Product Research tab in the web app and click Bucket Manager. You can view all products in one place, including:
- Commission potential
- Campaign days remaining
- Budget availability
- Product price, monthly sales, and 30-day revenue
- Total influencer video count
This allows you to strategically prioritize products and choose the ones with the highest potential for brand deals.
Step 3: Send Messages in Bulk
- Select the products or number of messages you want to send.
- Click Send Messages, which will take you to Creator Connections.
- Choose a pre-created message template to automate outreach and click Confirm.
Setting Up Message Templates in Creator Connections
Templates are essential for professional, personalized outreach:
- Initial Message Template: Introduces yourself and requests a product sample. Use placeholders for brand names, ASINs, and product URLs to automate personalization.
- Additional Request Template: Used for secondary outreach to the same brand for other products, avoiding looking spammy to the brand.
Tip: Customize templates using your own words or use AI tools to make them unique and avoid generic messages.
Why Bucket Manager Matters
- Time-saving: Batch research and automated messaging give you hours back each week.
- Strategic advantage: Analyze data for commissions, viral potential, and campaign metrics.
- Scalability: Send hundreds of messages consistently, helping you grow your influencer business faster.
- Consistency: Daily messaging increases chances of landing brand deals and receiving free products.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many products should I add to my bucket?
Add as many as you want and send daily outreach messages based on your available daily message limit.
Can I add products directly from Amazon?
Yes, search for keywords on Amazon, open the Product Vue, and tick the checkbox under the Bucket column for any eligible product you want to add to your bucket.
What is the difference between the CC Message box and the Bucket Message box?
Both are used to send messages to multiple brands, but they work differently. The Message box is available in Product Vue inside CC Affiliate+ Campaigns and is for reaching out to brands directly right away. The Bucket box is available inside CC and on Amazon product pages with active CC campaigns, and allows you to save products you want to message later. You can access your bucket list through the Bucket Manager in the web app Product Research tab
Why was an ASIN automatically removed from my Bucket Manager?
ASINs are automatically removed from the Bucket Manager when a message has already been sent for that product, or if it gets skipped by the system due to an existing brand deal.
