The Viral Vue Profits Dashboard gives influencers and affiliates a clear, data-driven view of their performance. It’s designed to help you track commissions, uncover top performing products, and make smarter decisions to grow your earnings, all in one place.
Getting Started with the Profits Dashboard
To access the Profits Dashboard, visit app.viralvue.com. Note that this feature is exclusive to Pro members. Once logged in, your dashboard might initially appear empty, you'll just need to refresh your earnings to populate the data.
- Open the Viral Vue extension and go to Associate Central (your Amazon earnings dashboard).
-
You'll see refresh buttons with info icons explaining what each one does. Click these 2 buttons for both onsite and offsite store IDs, so you will click total of 4 refresh buttons.
- Refresh All Standard Commissions (On-site and Off-site)
- Refresh All Creator Connections Earnings (On-site and Off-site), this also pulls in Sponsored Products for Creators (SPC) earnings if you have any.
You can refresh as often as you like, daily, weekly, to keep your data up to date.
What You’ll See in the Dashboard
At the top, you’ll find summary cards that offer a snapshot of your:
Lifetime earnings
Revenue generated
Items sold
Earnings through Viral Vue
The Web app Profits dashboard can go back to 2023. However, the Earnings through Viral Vue metric shows how much you’ve earned through accepted campaigns since September 20,2025. Additionally, your Brand Deal Tracker Product Received data automatically syncs, allowing you to visualize how free products and brand collaborations are translating into real revenue.
Deeper Insights for Smarter Decisions
The Profits Dashboard gives you a full picture of what’s working and what isn’t. Each tab highlights a different side of your earnings:
1. Overview
A full breakdown of your influencer earnings, standard commissions, creator connections, and combined revenue. Customize which data cards appear and save your preferred layout.
2. ROI Tracker
The ROI Tracker pulls individual products and combines your on-site, off-site, and Creator Connections earnings into a single Total Earnings column, then calculates your Profit & Loss and ROI% automatically.
Products are broken down by type:
- Free: something you already had or reviewed at no cost
- Purchased: strategically bought for review
- Halo Sales: incidental sales beyond the reviewed product
- Brand Deal: sent to you free by a brand
You can also:
- Edit the price point on any product (e.g., if you got a discount or bought it used) so your ROI reflects your actual cost
- Save products to a dedicated tab for easy tracking
- Filter by product type or search by keyword
- Sort by 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or Lifetime; top cards update automatically based on your selected range
3. Creator Connections
This tab gives you visibility into your Creator Connections earnings and is split into two sub-tabs: Affiliate+ and Sponsored Products for Creators (SPC). Together, they let you see exactly which campaigns and products are driving revenue, so you know where to focus your energy next.
Affiliate+
This sub-tab shows your Affiliate+ earnings and can be viewed two ways:
- Group by ASIN: earnings, clicks, and commission rate per individual product
- Group by Campaign: total earnings across all products within a campaign
You can search by Product Name, ASIN, or Campaign ID.
Sponsored Products for Creators (SPC)
This sub-tab shows your SPC earnings. You can search by Product Name or ASIN.
4. Revival Opportunities
This feature highlights products that used to sell but haven't recently (e.g., "last sale 12 months ago"). Use this to decide whether to re-review a product, film a comparison video, or refresh the title/thumbnail on existing content to bring it back to life, instead of guessing which old videos are worth revisiting. You can search by Product Name or ASIN.
Why It Matters
Real numbers, not guesswork, are what separate creators who grow from creators who stall. With everything from on-site, off-site, and Creator Connections earnings consolidated in one dashboard, you can:
- Instantly see which strategically purchased products are delivering the biggest returns (some creators are seeing ROI in the thousands of percent on single products)
- Stop wasting time on brand deals or "sure thing" products that aren't actually converting
- Revive dormant top performers instead of letting them go stale
- Make confident, data-backed decisions about what to buy, review, and promote next
