Your Scanned Products in One Place
If you've used the Viral Vue Order History Scanner, you already know how powerful it is for uncovering hidden gems in your Amazon order history. But the real magic happens after the scan, inside the Web App's Orders tab.
This is where all your scanned products go. It’s your personal dashboard to sort, filter, and evaluate every item you’ve ordered (or scanned from friends' and family accounts), helping you decide which ones to promote.
Quick Overview Metrics
At the top of the Orders tab, you’ll see a summary bar that gives you a high-level view of your scanned product data, including Total Products, Carousel Placement (Both, Top, Bottom, Neither), No Top Carousel, No Video, and No Video & No Carousel.
Why the Orders Tab Is So Valuable
The Orders tab turns your personal Amazon order history into a curated dashboard for content creation. It organizes your past purchases into actionable data. Instead of scrolling endlessly through your Amazon order history, you can now:
Filter by products with no influencer content yet (high opportunity)
Sort by highest commission to prioritize revenue-generating content
Hide or show columns like seller name, revenue, or video placement.
Quickly identify which items were scanned from your account and a family member’s by using the "Order Amazon Account" filter.
Export your filtered list or reset filters anytime for a fresh look.
💡Hover over the information icons to understand each data points filter(e.g., sales, ranking, carousel status).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why do the product counts in the Extension Order Scanner and the Web App Orders tab sometimes not match?
The scanner pulls all orders, including unavailable or duplicate products. The Orders tab filters these out, showing only items that are currently viewable or promotable.
How often should I refresh my orders?
Refresh anytime you’ve made new Amazon purchases or added another account. This ensures the Orders tab stays up to date with your latest products.
Can I see UK or CA orders in the webapp?
The Web App Orders section is currently designed for Amazon.com orders, so UK and CA orders aren’t supported in the web app yet, but the browser extension still works in the UK and CA.
