Step-by-Step Guide: Creating Your Media Kit
1. Create a Media Kit URL
Go to the Media Kits section in your Viral Vue web app.
Click Edit Slug and choose a unique URL for your kit (e.g.,
kit.marysmith).Save the slug. This will be the link you share with brands.
2. Optimize Your Profile
Edit Name and Bio: Personalize your name and short bio.
Add Links: Include your Amazon Storefront, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other social profiles.
Add Email: Include a contact email for brand inquiries.
Upload Profile Image: Add a professional image to represent yourself.
3. Set Verified Stats
The stats card shows verified ranges for your earnings, items sold, revenue, and videos completed.
To maintain verification, refresh your earnings from Associates Central by clicking the Refresh Earnings Summary button at least once a month.
Verified data builds trust and credibility with brands.
4. Customize Visibility
Choose which stats to show publicly (earnings, items sold, videos completed).
Optional: Make certain data private if you prefer.
Add your specializations or product categories and choose visibility.
Create or edit a rate card, including tiers or pricing notes (e.g., “First video free”).
5. Share Your Media Kit
Copy your Media Kit link and include it in:
Initial messages on Creator Connections
Follow-up messages
Email conversations
Social media chats (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)

Media Kits are available for all Pro users since verified data comes from the profits dashboard.
I just set up my Media Kit but can’t upload a profile picture. What should I do?
Make sure the file size isn’t too large, and try again!
I’m a PRO user and can’t find the Media Kit option in the web app. What should I do?
Please follow the steps below to force an update on your browser: 1.Log in to your web app and do a hard refresh on your browser: -Mac: Command + Shift + R -For Windows: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R 2.Verify your email with the 6-digit code. 3.Log back into your Viral Vue extension.
Does the Media Kit show on-site data or only data from my regular Amazon Associates account? My numbers don’t match my on-site totals.
Media Kits display both on-site and off-site data. Please make sure you’ve refreshed earnings for all store IDs. Also note that the stats card shows rounded number ranges, so the figures may not exactly match your totals.
On my Media Kit, it says “Active Since – not set.” How do I get the date to populate?
Make sure your influencer account is properly linked to Viral Vue. Do a full Refresh on Creator Studio.
