The Viral Vue Profits Dashboard gives influencers and affiliates a clear, data-driven view of their performance. It’s designed to help you track commissions, uncover top performing products, and make smarter decisions to grow your earnings, all in one place.

Getting Started with the Profits Dashboard

To access the Profits Dashboard, visit app.viralvue.com. Note that this feature is exclusive to Pro members. Once logged in, your dashboard might initially appear empty, you’ll just need to refresh your earnings to populate the data:

1. Open the Viral Vue extension and go to Associate Central.

2. Click on these buttons to refresh:

   • Refresh All Creator Connections Earnings (On-site and Off-site)

   • Refresh All Standard Commissions (On-site and Off-site)

   3. These four quick refreshes will sync your latest data into the Profits dashboard.

You can refresh as often as you like, daily, weekly, or even just once a month to keep your data up to date.

What You’ll See in the Dashboard

At the top, you’ll find summary cards that offer a snapshot of your:

• Lifetime earnings

• Revenue generated

• Items sold

• Earnings through Viral Vue

• Free product value and commission insights

The Web app Profits dashboard can go back to 2023. However, the Earnings through Viral Vue metric shows how much you’ve earned through accepted campaigns since September 20,2025. Additionally, your Brand Deal Tracker Product Received data automatically syncs, allowing you to visualize how free products and brand collaborations are translating into real revenue.

Deeper Insights for Smarter Decisions

The Profits Dashboard gives you a full picture of what’s working and what isn’t. Each tab highlights a different side of your earnings:

1. Overview

Get a full breakdown of your influencer earnings, standard commissions, creator connections, and revenue, all color-coded for easy reading. Adjust the time range (6, 12, or 24 months) or set custom dates for precise insights. You’ll also see device performance, which breaks down earnings by desktop, mobile, and tablet, and the top-earning categories to better understand where your revenue comes from.

2. Influencer On-Site & Associates Tabs

Track performance across your on-site and off-site campaigns. View total commissions, ROI, and monthly earnings per ASIN. You can search by ASIN and even sort by the highest or lowest ROI to identify your best and worst performers.

3. Creator Connections

See your top-performing campaigns and the products driving the most revenue. Use these insights to double down on what’s working, create follow-up videos or revive older campaigns that used to perform well. Search campaigns using Product Name, Campaign ID or ASIN.

4. Revival Opportunities

This feature highlights products that previously generated commissions but haven’t in a while. It helps you revive sales strategically instead of randomly retagging videos. With a single click, you can locate, review, and re-optimize past content that still has earning potential. You can search by Product Name or ASIN.

How to Accept Related Campaigns from On-Site and Off-Site Earnings for the Last 30 Days

1. Refresh all earnings from Associate Central for Creator Connections and Standard Commissions, both On-Site and Off-Site.

2. Go to Creator Connections.

3. Click Accept Related Campaigns.

4. From the options, customize the settings to ensure you only scan the ASINs you want. To scan campaigns from the last 30 days, follow these steps:

   • Video Settings: Select “Don’t Accept Tagged” and “Don’t Accept Auto-linked.”

   • Report Settings: Select “Last 30 Days.”

5. Click Start.
