Managing affiliate campaigns and submitting content manually can be tedious and time-consuming, especially when dealing with hundreds or thousands of products.
Viral Vue’s Creator Connections automation tool transforms this process by letting you accept all related campaigns and submit all videos with just few clicks, dramatically saving time and increase commissions.
How to Use Viral Vue's Creator Connections Automation Tool
1. Accept Affiliate+ Campaigns
On the Creator Connections page, click "Accept Affiliate+ Campaigns" in the Viral Vue extension overlay. You will see two options:
- Normal Run: The classic method that live checks products one by one. It still works great but processes items at a standard pace.
- Quick Run: The faster method that pulls from our database, cutting processing time down to seconds and drastically reducing your chances of getting rate limited by Amazon.
Both options will scan products and automatically accept matching campaigns based on the settings you chose.
Before clicking “Start”, customize your settings according to your preference.
Video Settings:
Tagged ASINs are products you’ve manually linked to your videos. Choosing to accept them allows Viral Vue to find campaigns that match those ASINs. Run it once or twice per week.
Auto-linked ASINs are products Amazon automatically associates with your video, so your content may appear on those product pages even if the item is different from the one you featured. Amazon’s updated rules mean you no longer need a submitted video to qualify for extra commissions. For maximum campaigns and earning potential: select “Auto-linked ASINs.” You will not be penalized for accepting campaigns without submitting content; however, submitting relevant videos is recommended. Run it once or twice per week.
Report Settings:
Select “Report History (Last 48 Hours)” to scan your Amazon Earnings Dashboard automatically. This will include ASINs associated with your earnings. Run it once or twice per day.
URL Vue Settings:
Select URL Vue Links if you have a URL Vue account and use deep links. Run it once a week.
Photos & Idea Lists Settings:
Select "Photos & Idea Lists ASINs" if you have idea lists created and photos in your Storefront. Run it once a week.
Variation Settings:
Select "Include Product Variations" to finds campaigns tied to all the variations of that product (different colors, flavors, sizes, etc.) and accepts those too. This applies to every setting selected above except Tagged & Auto-Tagged Asins.
2. Submit All Videos Automatically
After accepting campaigns, the tool lets you submit your video content and media links for all campaigns, and even notify brands at once. Simply select the options you preferred and click "Start".
Product Vue inside Creator Connections
Beyond automation, Viral Vue offers the Product Vue feature inside Creator Connections where you can:
Identify high revenue, low-competition products using multiple data points, including the "Campaign Commissions" and more.
Use built in and customizable message templates to reach out directly to brands for free product collaborations.
Automate messages to brands, increasing your chances of receiving free products to promote.
Combining these tools, you maximize brand collaborations, driving even greater commission growth.
Find and Accept Campaigns: Schedule Automation
Viral Vue's Schedule feature lets you set automation to run at a specific time so you don't have to watch it while it's running, saving you time. The browser just needs to be running in the background with no specific tab required.
The schedule follows your local time zone, so make sure to set it accordingly. Please note that content submission is not part of the schedule automation. The schedule only handles finding and accepting campaigns, so you will still need to submit content through the Submit All Content automation separately.
If you plan to run the schedule overnight, make sure your computer is set to not sleep, otherwise the automation may stop mid-process.
Why It Matters
In today’s competitive content creation and affiliate marketing space, efficiency is everything. Spending hours manually searching and applying for campaigns drains your energy and limits your growth. Viral Vue’s automation empowers creators to:
Save time: What used to take hours can now be done in seconds.
Increase revenue: More accepted campaigns and collaborations lead directly to more commissions.
Scale sustainably: Automate routine tasks and focus on creating quality content and meaningful brand relationships.
Gain competitive advantage: Quickly spot the best products to promote with minimal competition.
💡 Tip: To help reduce Rate limited warnings, close other browser tabs and keep only the one running the Creator Connections scan open. This lowers simultaneous requests and helps prevent triggering Amazon’s rate limits.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How often should I use this tool?
We recommend using the automation twice a week to continuously discover and accept new campaigns.
Do I need the Viral Vue Pro Plan to use this automation?
Yes, the Pro Plan is required to access the full automation features.
I'm getting the message "Bulk accepting campaigns failed" with Quick Run and I haven't run it at all today. What should I do?
Simply click the "Accept 1 by 1". The reason this pops up is because you don't have the bulk accept button.
No campaigns are recognized and it shows “accepted 0/0.” What does this mean?
This usually means your influencer account is not linked properly. For the Creator Connections auto-accept tool to work, you need to:
1.Link your influencer account to Viral Vue.
2.Refresh your Creator Studio to load all your videos into our database.
3.Go to Creator Connections, refresh the page, and click "Accept Affiliate+ Campaigns".
Is there a secret recipe for finding a higher number of campaigns using Creator Connections Automation Tool?
Every storefront is different, but the key to finding more campaigns is doing better product research and reviewing products that are already in Creator Connections.
I have one video that was automatically submitted by Viral Vue for a product I previously purchased. Do I need to include a disclosure if I paid in full for the product?
No, you don’t. The video link you’re submitting already includes a disclosure that says “earns commissions".
Why does Viral Vue accept 100+ campaigns from the same brand when I only uploaded one video?
This is intentional and ensures full coverage. Campaigns may have different dates, budgets, and commission rates. If one ends or runs out of budget, others keep you active, and Amazon always applies the highest commission available.
How can I see which campaigns I’ve already accepted?
Click the small number shown next to your accepted campaigns count in the confirmation prompt. This displays a full breakdown, including ASIN, campaign ID, duration, commission rate, total influencer videos, and 30-day revenue, showing exactly which campaigns you’ve accepted. You will also see an export option on that prompt.
The products I tagged in my videos are not being included in the Creator Connections automation tool.
Make sure to do a full Refresh on your Creator Studio so that your updated videos are loaded into the extension. This ensures the tool can find and accept related campaigns for all your tagged products.
Why am I missing some VV buttons in my CC (like message automation)?
The buttons you’re looking for are only available in the Affiliate+ Campaigns tab. If you’re currently in the Sponsored Products tab, you’ll only see options like Accept Sponsored Products campaigns and Open Product Vue. Please switch to the Affiliate+ Campaigns tab to access the full set of features, including message automation.
Why is the URL Vue setting only checking some ASINs and not all of my URL Vue deep links?
This happens because some of the ASINs from your URL Vue deep links have already been identified through other settings such as Tagged ASINs or Report. The system won't count the same ASIN twice, which is why you may see fewer ASINs being checked under the URL Vue setting when other settings are also toggled on. When running the URL Vue setting on its own, the number of ASINs checked will match your total URL Vue deep links since each ASIN is pulled individually from your deep links without any overlap from other settings.
How do I delete a saved schedule in Affiliate+ Campaigns?
To delete a saved schedule, go to the Affiliate+ Campaigns tab in CC, click on Accept Affiliate+ Campaigns, then click Schedules and scroll down to the Saved Schedules section. Click Delete next to the schedule you want to remove.
