How to Bulk Cross-Post Your Existing Amazon Videos to YouTube

Already have videos published on your Amazon Influencer storefront? With Viral Vue's Bulk Cross-Posting feature, you can repurpose your existing videos for YouTube without manually downloading and uploading each one.

By cross-posting to YouTube, you can expand your content's visibility, diversify your affiliate traffic sources, and potentially increase commissions without creating entirely new videos.

How to Bulk Cross-Post Your Videos to YouTube

Step 1: Refresh Your Creator Studio

  1. Make sure the Viral Vue Extension is installed and you're logged in.
  2. Open the extension and click Creator Studio.
  3. Perform a Full Refresh to sync your latest Amazon storefront videos.
  4. Wait for the refresh icon to stop spinning before proceeding.

Step 2: Set Up Your YouTube Template

Before cross-posting, configure your YouTube template to ensure your videos have the correct titles, descriptions, and affiliate links.

  1. In Creator Studio, navigate to YouTube → Viral Vue Options → Manage Templates.
  2. Create or edit your YouTube template.
  3. Add your Amazon Affiliate Tag to associate your affiliate links with your store ID.
  4. Configure your template using the available placeholders.
  5. Include your affiliate disclosure in the description.
  6. Click Save to apply your template.

💡 Using URL Vue Deep Links? Make sure your URL Vue account is activated before using the deep-link placeholder. Visit app.urlvue.com and select Login with Viral Vue to activate the service. URL Vue deep linking is included with the Viral Vue Pro plan.

If URL Vue isn't activated, use a standard Amazon affiliate link placeholder instead.

Step 3: Select Videos for Bulk Cross-Posting

  1. Return to Creator Studio → Optimizer.
  2. Locate the storefront videos you want to cross-post.
  3. Click Cross-Post to select up to 10 videos.
  4. Select Bulk Cross-Post to begin preparing your uploads.

Viral Vue will retrieve the selected video files, associated ASINs, titles, and available thumbnails.

You can also create or edit thumbnails using the built-in Thumbnail Editor before continuing.

Step 4: Choose YouTube as Your Platform

  1. Once your video files are ready, click Next.
  2. Select YouTube as your cross-posting destination.
  3. Click Next to continue to video optimization.

Step 5: Optimize with AI

Before uploading, review each video's information.

  1. Review the existing video title.
  2. Click Generate with AI to create an SEO-friendly YouTube title and relevant tags.
  3. Edit the suggested title or choose an alternative if needed.
  4. Click Mark as Ready.
  5. Repeat for each selected video until all videos are marked as ready.

Once all selected videos are ready, click Bulk Cross-Post to begin the YouTube upload process.

Step 6: Review and Publish on YouTube

Viral Vue will open the YouTube upload workflow and populate the available video information, including:

  • Video file and thumbnail
  • Video title and description from your template
  • Affiliate links
  • AI-generated SEO tags

Review each upload in YouTube Studio, then complete any remaining settings.

You can choose to publish immediately, keep the video unlisted, or schedule it for later.

💡 Important: Bulk Cross-Posting automates much of the preparation and upload process, but you may still need to finalize each video in YouTube Studio.

Step 7: Track Your Cross-Posted Videos

Once your videos are successfully cross-posted, Viral Vue automatically marks them as posted to YouTube in Creator Studio → Optimizer.

Viral Vue also saves the YouTube links under Media Links, allowing you to keep track of your published content and use eligible links when submitting content for Creator Connections campaigns.

You can return to the Optimizer, select your next batch of videos, and repeat the process.

How many videos can I bulk cross-post at once?

You can select and prepare up to 10 videos per batch using Viral Vue's Bulk Cross-Posting feature. Repeat the process for additional videos.

Do I need URL Vue to cross-post my videos?

No. URL Vue is optional. You can use standard Amazon affiliate links in your YouTube template instead. However, if you choose to use URL Vue deep links, you must activate your URL Vue account first.
