Brand Notify is a Viral Vue feature designed to automatically notify brands when you’ve completed and published content for their products. Instead of manually messaging each brand after posting a video, the system handles it for you, sending the correct content links, maintaining consistency, and helping you build stronger long-term brand relationships.

How It Works
Before using Brand Notify, make sure the newly uploaded video has already been approved and published by Amazon. Then, do a full refresh in your Creator Studio so Viral Vue can include the newly approved onsite videos in the automation tools.
1. Create a Notify Brand Brand Message Template
- Go to Creator Connections and open Edit Templates
- Select Notify Brand
- Create a message template using placeholders like Content link and Brand name. The Content Link placeholder will include your onsite/storefront video links and offsite links (like YouTube) based on what you have linked to the ASINs. You can check the Media Links tab in the web app to confirm your offsite links are properly connected.
2. Submit All Content Workflow
You can use Brand Notify in two ways:
- Through Accept Campaigns → Submit All Content
- Or directly from the Active Campaigns tab → Submit All Content
Then select Notify Brands by checking:
- “Send Completed Video Links to Brand”
- “Defer notification if there is no onsite video to submit”: When enabled, notifications will only be sent if an onsite video is submitted. If only media links are available, the notification will be deferred.
Click Start. A quick page refresh may help if the update does not appear immediately in your CC Messages.
On the first scan, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour depending on how many videos you have. The system checks your past campaigns and messages to make sure it doesn’t send duplicates. After the first scan, it will be much faster.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does it send both Amazon and off-site links?
Yes. If you’ve posted on multiple platforms and linked them properly to the ASINs' media links, it can include all relevant links in the same message.
Does this only send messages to brands that sent me a free product?
No. Brand Notify is not limited to brands that have sent you free products.
What happens if my Amazon video hasn’t been approved and published yet?
You can enable “Defer notification if there is no onsite video to submit” so notifications are only sent once your onsite video is available.
I ran Notify Brand but it sent 0 messages even after running for over an hour. What went wrong?
Nothing went wrong! The first time you run Notify Brand, it backfills your existing data. It will not send notifications for content you have already submitted to avoid duplicate sends. Moving forward, all newly completed video links will be sent automatically.
