Pinterest + Canva Integration 

Viral Vue's Pinterest integration lets you cross-post videos, create product pins using Canva, generate URL Vue deep links, and automatically save all Pinterest content to your media links, all without leaving the Viral Vue workflow.

How to cross-post a new video to Pinterest

1. Set up your Pinterest business account. Create a Pinterest account, convert it to business, and connect your Amazon storefront. One-time setup, completely free.
2. Click the Pinterest icon on the Amazon upload page. Before hitting Submit, click the Pinterest icon to open the Pinterest upload panel.
3. Upload your video and tag the product. Click Tag. Viral Vue auto-finds the ASIN, tags the product, and toggles on the affiliate disclaimer for compliance.
4. Generate pin details with AI. Click Suggest Pin Details. The AI pin builder generates three title options and a description with #ad included. Pick your preferred title.
5. Select a board and publish. Choose your Pinterest board, hit Publish. The Pinterest content link is automatically saved to your media links.

Cross-posting old videos: Go to Creator Studio → Optimizer → Pinterest tab. Download any past video and follow the same steps. Use the internal tracking checkbox to mark videos you've already posted so you don't repost accidentally.

How to create a new Pinterest board

1. Go to your Pinterest profile. Log in to Pinterest and navigate to your profile page.
2. Click Create → Create New Board. Give your board a clear, searchable name — for example "Best Amazon Deals".
3. Click Create to save the board.
4. Add non-affiliate pins first. Before posting any affiliate links, search Pinterest and save a handful of regular pins to your new board. This makes the board look natural and reduces the risk of early spam flags from Pinterest.
5. Select the board inside Viral Vue. When publishing a pin through the Viral Vue Pinterest assistant, your new board will appear in the board dropdown. Select it and publish as normal.

How to create Canva pins from Sponsored Products

1. Open Product Vue . Go to Creator Connections → Sponsored Products for Creators → Open Product Vue . Click Load More Campaigns until you have 1,000+ products, sorted by highest EPC first. Gold status or above required.
2. Pick a product and click Canva icon. Look for high EPC, available budget, and active deals. Clicking Canva automatically accepts the campaign and opens Canva — both happen at once.
3. Add or create a template. Paste a saved Canva template URL or use a blank pin and describe your design to Canva AI. Use the Amazon Creator app inside Canva to paste the ASIN and drop the product image into your design.
4. Generate a deep link. Click Share → Pinterest inside Canva. In the Pinterest assistant, click Generate URL Vue Link. This creates a deep link using the correct sponsored products affiliate link and inserts it into the destination field automatically.
5. Generate pin details, select a board, and publish. Use the AI builder for title and description. Add the affiliate disclaimer manually for image pins. Select your board and publish. The pin link is added to media links instantly.

New board tip: Before posting affiliate pins to a brand new board, add a handful of regular (non-affiliate) pins first. This helps your board look natural and avoids early flags from Pinterest.

How to create a Canva pin template

1. Open Product Vue and click Canva on any product. Go to Sponsored Products for Creators → Open Product Vue. Pick any product and click the Canva icon.
2. Select "Use a blank pin template." If you don't have a saved template yet, choose the blank pin option. This opens a fresh Canva design.
3. Describe your design to Canva AI. In the design prompt, describe what you want — for example: "I'm creating a board for best Amazon deals. Title at the top. Leave a space in the middle for a product image." Click Generate and Canva AI will build the layout for you.
4. Add the product image using Amazon Creator. Inside Canva, go to Apps and search Amazon Creator. Log in with your Amazon account. Paste the product ASIN, click the product, hit Add to Design, and it will drop the product image into your template.
5. Save the template for reuse. Once your design is ready, copy the Canva URL from your browser. Back in Viral Vue, click Canva on any product, paste that Canva URL into the template field, give it a name (e.g. "Best Deals Template"), and hit Use. That template is now saved and available every time you create a new pin.

Note: The Canva AI design feature may require a Canva Pro subscription. If you prefer not to use AI generation, you can browse Canva's existing templates and customize one manually instead.
