Unlock More Earnings with Viral Vue’s Storefront Optimizer
Viral Vue’s Storefront Optimizer is here to transform how you manage and grow your Amazon Influencer commissions. This powerful tool identifies hidden opportunities and "leaks" in your current video content strategy, helping you maximize your earnings with less effort.
How to Use the Storefront Optimizer
1. Launch the Optimizer Tool
Go to Creator Studio (used to be in Storefront).
Click "Refresh" so the optimizer scans the most up-to-date version of your content. Do not click anything until the refresh finishes. Skipping this step will show inaccurate data (false broken links or missed cross-post opportunities).
Once the refresh is complete, click the "Optimizer" button to launch the tool.
2. Identify Videos with Missing Product Tags
Look for videos with the “no tag” icon (a red box with an X).
Click Edit to open the post.
Search for and tag the correct product. Ideally, tag the Parent ASIN so all variations are covered.
Save your changes.
Note: Not every product can be re-tagged, some are discontinued entirely. Only re-tag when you find a genuine match (same product/brand).
Cross-Posting to Other Marketplaces
This lets you republish your existing Amazon US videos to Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, Amazon Australia, Amazon Singapore, YouTube, and Pinterest.
How to cross-post:
- Filter by "Cross-post opportunity."
- Click the cross-post button on an eligible video.
- The tool auto-imports the video and pulls the existing ASINs.
- Optionally update the thumbnail.
- Select your destination marketplace(s).
- Adjust the title manually or with AI assistance if desired (optional).
- Click Cross-post, the tool automatically opens the destination marketplace, imports the video, adds the title, and tags the product.
- Once complete, check the box confirming it's been posted.
Monitor Tagging Status Icons
Orange Arrow → More than three ASINs tagged.
Box with X → No product tagged (add a relevant ASIN).
Green Check → Product tagging looks good.
Flag Icons → Item available in Canada or UK (cross-promote!).
Auto Refresh Toggle
- When enabled, your Storefront data automatically refreshes each time you load the page.
Toggle OFF to disable auto-refresh.
Auto Refresh Toggle is available in Creator Hub, Storefront and Creator Studio views.
Why It Matters
Every missing product tag, unavailable ASIN, or unoptimized video is a lost earning opportunity.
The Storefront Optimizer helps you:
Recover commissions from products that went out of stock.
Expand your reach by reposting content to other marketplaces without extra filming.
Tag Parent ASINs to cover all variations at once.
Maintain a clean, efficient tagging strategy for maximum conversion potential.
By using these steps regularly, you’ll keep your storefront earning at its highest potential.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For the flags on the right, does checking the box mean it will automatically post to those markets for me, or that I did it manually and they can be taken off the list?
The checkbox is only for tracking purposes, it helps you mark what you have or haven’t cross posted. It does not automatically post to those markets.
Do we have to join the Amazon program in other countries before cross-promoting?
Yes. You need to apply and get approved for each marketplace before you can cross-promote there.
My products are showing as “not tagged” even though they are tagged. Why is this happening?
This usually happens if your Creator Studio data hasn’t been refreshed recently, causing the system to show incorrect tagging status. Make sure to refresh your Creator Studio to update the data.
I don't see the Optimizer on my Storefront page.
The Optimizer has been moved to Creator Studio. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Viral Vue Extension and that your influencer account is properly linked.
What would cause my video to no longer have an ASIN or product tagged?
This can happen if the product goes out of stock, the listing is deactivated, or the seller closes the listing and opens a new one.
Why are products showing as unavailable in the UK or Canada, even when the flag appears on the storefront optimizer?
Products may appear unavailable if your browser isn’t set to the correct marketplace location. Add a valid zip code at the top left of your browser: CA: M5V 3L9 UK: SW1A 1AA Using a US zip code can make some products appear unavailable because they cannot ship there.
The Optimizer shows 10 times more videos that don’t have anything tagged. But when I go to the product page, my video is there.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the extension and do a full refresh of your Creator Studio, then try again.
