Brand deal management doesn’t have to be a time drain. Viral Vue’s automation features are built to take that workload off your hands, helping you send outreach messages and manage deal statuses all in one place. With the right setup, you can replace hours of manual tracking with just a few clicks.
How to Send Bulk Messages to Brands
Send multiple brand messages at once without rewriting each one, with a default limit of 20 messages per day (you can increase this limit up to 100 messages from the Web App Billing section in your account). The daily limit resets every 24 hours, and you can see the time remaining until reset under the Message Summary section.
From the "Creator Connections" page, click on "Product Vue".
Tick the checkbox next to each brand you want to contact (for bulk sending).
Choose your message template or click "Edit Template", then "Edit Initial Message" if you’d like to customize it. You can create as many initial message templates as you want.
Click "Send Messages" to reach out to all selected brands at once.
Your outreach will be logged automatically in your Web App Brand Deal Sheet so you can easily track deal progress.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I pause my daily outreach limit to save unused messages for later?
No, unused messages do not carry over.
If I upgrade my message limit in the Billing section, will it take effect immediately?
It usually takes effect immediately or when your next daily limit refreshes.
When I message a brand using Viral Vue for a brand deal, where will their reply appear if they respond?
The messaging automation uses the built in chat feature inside Creator Connections. When you open Creator Connections, you’ll see a Messages box at the bottom right of the page. Please note that replies to messages sent through our tool will only appear in the chat after you refresh the page.
I can not get the message template in Creator Connections to populate the ASINs correctly
Make sure you’re using the correct placeholder. The placeholder for ASINs is {{asins}}.
If I use the automated message system, does it matter if I send multiple messages to the same brand? Will it seem spammy?
The system won’t send duplicate messages to the same brand within a single search. If you select multiple products from the same brand, it will combine them into one message. However, if you find the same brand in different searches, you may end up messaging them again. To keep things organic, we recommend rotating your message template from time to time.
Can I send messages if it says Amazon is the seller?
Yes! The message will still go directly to the brand.
When does the message limit reset?
The message limit resets daily at midnight Eastern Time and may appear off by an hour due to Daylight Saving Time changes. Make sure to refresh the page so the new daily limit is reflected.
How do I see if a brand has responded? And where can I send a follow-up message?
If you’ve used the Viral Vue Brand Reach Out tool in Creator Connections to contact brands, you can view their replies in the Creator Connections Messages section located at the bottom right of the CC page. This is also where you can send follow-up messages to brands directly.
My message templates are gone.
Make sure your extension is up to date. Then go to the Viral Vue web app, open Viral Vault and go to Template Manager and refresh the page. Your templates should then appear back in your extension.
